How do I place an order?
All orders may be placed on the Gifts of Gratitude website under the "shop" page. If you are having trouble ordering please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my order be recieved?
Gift packages are delievered to the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital every Friday.
How do I include a personal message on my thank you card?
You may include a personal message on your thank you card by including it in the special instructions on the checkout page. If you do not choose to include a personal message we will handwrite a message for each card. Examples may be found on the home page.
Who will receive my Gratitude Package?
Recipients are chosen based on a randomized drawing that takes place within Cottage Hospital. All hospital faculty who apply for the drawing are eligable to receive Gratitude Packages. However, in order to protect the privacy of the hospital workers, you will not be notified of the particular hospital worker chosen.
What is the refund/cancellation policy?
Unfortunately, Gifts of Gratitude does not offer refunds or cancellations. 100% of funds donated will be used to purchase Gratitude Packages, and we are grateful for your contribution!
What is the Fulfillment Policy?
When you place an order, your Gratitude Package donation will be put next in line for our team to package and deliver. Each week, our team will package and deliver twelve Gratidue Pacakges to Cottage Health and will fulfill your order when it becomes next on the list.
